Impact

Impact we intend to earn.

We’re early in this work. Rather than publish numbers we haven’t earned, this page sets out what we’re committed to, what we’re doing about it now, and how we’ll hold ourselves accountable.

Family Entrepreneurship

Why it matters

Starting a business is one of the most reliable paths to independence, but most people never get a safe place to learn how.

What we’re doing

Family members are encouraged to develop their own ventures inside the Fullmore Taylor structure, with guidance on planning, branding, and operations.

Youth Opportunity

Why it matters

Young people who see ownership up close are more likely to believe it’s possible for them — and to be ready when the chance comes.

What we’re doing

Younger family members are included in real business conversations and given responsibilities that grow with them, with their privacy protected at every step.

Community Support

Why it matters

When people are struggling, finding the right help shouldn’t be another struggle.

What we’re doing

We are developing Mae Helps, a resource directory designed to help people find essential assistance and to remain free for those seeking help. Norelumi helps families prepare so their loved ones aren’t left without answers.

Economic Opportunity

Why it matters

Healthy businesses create work, income, and stability for the people connected to them.

What we’re doing

We build ventures intended to sustain themselves, and we are exploring a service-network model that could create work for independent local service providers.

Generational Ownership

Why it matters

Assets and systems that outlast one generation give the next a head start rather than a starting line.

What we’re doing

We hold our businesses for the long term and document how they work, so that future generations can understand them, run them, and improve them.

Our Commitments

How we’ll hold ourselves accountable.

  • We will only report impact we can verify.
  • We will protect the privacy of the people we serve and of our own family — especially children.
  • We will keep community-focused services accessible to the people they are meant to help.
  • We will be clear about what is live, what is in development, and what is still an idea.
  • As our work grows, we will share real results here — measured honestly.

Know a need we should understand?

If you work with families or community organizations and see a gap that a well-built business or initiative could help close, we’d like to hear from you.
